Regarding Annual Subscription Rs. 4250/- in for one or 2 years (including Digital Key or Excluding) The Subscription fee of Rs.4,250/- for 2 years excluding digital certificate. The subscription fee of Rs.4,250/- can be paid in installments. The amount of Rs.2,125/- has to be paid as a first installment. Rest can be paid in month wise after 6 months of the affective date of agreement. 2. Refundable Security Deposit Rs. 50000/- (Through Bank Guarantee or Cash) Refundable security deposit of Rs.50,000/- would be acceptable in the form of DD only. 3. When we (RSDP) has pay this Rs. 50000/- The Franchisee shall pay the Security deposit of Rs.50,000/- to APOnline from the affective date of 6 months after launching 3 G2C Service
