RESPONSE FROM APONLINE REGARDING CEEP SERVICE

Dear Franchisees, The reasons for reducing the commission by the SBTET are · Simplified the scanning process (from 3 times to one time) which saves Franchisee time, effort and cost. · Eliminated the process of printing the Application after filing, which reduces the printing cost for Franchisee. So the Printing Cost is reduced as we have to take only one Print out and scan only once which helps Franchisees to file more Applications. This is to clarify that now the Franchisee has to · enter the applicant details once · scan the application once · print Hall Ticket As far as the ICR form printing is concerned, we have discussed the issue with SBTET yesterday, and they have agreed to provide the ICR forms along with Prospectus to franchisees at no cost, which implies franchisee need not print ICR forms, there by cost is saved for franchisees. However for Duplicate Halltickets, still the franchisee can collect Rs. 10/- from the student. We ask all franchisees to take advantage of this service and the company will have the right of not providing these services in future that do not cooperate with the company. Once again we reiterate that the reduction of commission by SBTET is only due to the reduction of effort involved and SBTET is supporting APOnline in every possible. APOnline, having faith on its Franchisees, has not even asked for the Security Deposit for CEEP2008 Service like last year. Mails written to APOnline by the Franchisees show the attitude towards the Company. APOnline is making every possible effort without leaving any stone unturned to ensure RSDPs earn income and sustain. Having brought in so many services for RSDPs, which no other service provider is giving in the state. And you are also aware that, we are talking to each and every department to get more and more services, and its a well known fact that APOnline under the current leadership is running this initiative keeping in view the sustenance of the franchisees and with a vision of providing the best citizen services from Govt. and Private Business (wherever Govt departments are coming forward and supporting us) At the same time Company will not tolerate such writings against the company, which causes damage to brand image and will take necessary action against such Franchisee. Franchisees those who have any queries can directly talk with the company and have the clarification regarding any issues, without knowing the facts if the Franchisee does these kind of works will loose the faith on them which lead to termination of the Franchisee.
