Enhancement of Services (Extending eSeva services to RSDP, as per commitment given by your good office on our meeting held at your office on 30-05-2007) 2. Please Give our RSDP electricity commission in full shape(Without reducing from 2-00 to 1-50). (now we are getting 1-42 Paise, if APERC order is implemented we get only 0-92 Paise) 3. Please take intiative to release ALL Discoms commissions upto date. 4. Please involve proactivly RSDP's in your eGov project, so the project will seccuss. 5. KHAMMAM RSDP OPERATORS OPINION We are not agree the financial terms proposed by APOnline. We will agree the financial terms with APOnline with below terms. FINANCIAL TERMS with APOnline 1. Subscription Rs. 4500/- for 2 years (including Digital Key & Certificate) . The amount of Rs.2,250/- has to be paid as a first installment. Rest can be paid in month wise after 6 months of the affective date of agreement. 2. Refundable Security Deposit Rs. 50,000/- (Through Bank Guarantee or Cash). If they want Bank Guaratee OK. But they want Cash Deposit, then they should pay the interest. We shall pay the Security deposit of Rs.50,000/- to APOnline from the affective date of 6 months after launching 3 G2C Service First of all they(APOnline) should proove theirself in generating the income to RSDP Operators Rs. 5,000/- to 10,000/- per month then, we are ready to proove ourselfs and obey the terms of APOnline. In this connection we (Khammam Dist.) are giving our acceptance to the AP State Co-ordination Committe in future activities which was given in mail. Sir, We are with you. Go ahead. Plan of Action 1. Sending Mails & Telegrams, Post Cards (in the form of Gandhigiri) to All the Govt officials from 10-11-2007 onwards. 2. Stopping of Transaction from 16-11-2007 to 18-11-2007 (3 Days) . 3. 19-11-2007 & 20-11-2007 to meet the CM, Chief Secretary, Minister, Principal Secretary and other higher officials who are related to our Project 4. if we can’t get any promise are favorable instruction from above officials we will ready stop transaction from 01-12-2007 onwards. 5. we (State Coordinators and other Well-wishers of RSDP) are ready to start the hunger strike in front of EDS, Secretariat or APOnline. The date will be announced later after discussions had with all of our members. We request you please cooperate with us for better future and decent life.
